These Terms govern your use of the Parthinia Car Rentals website and booking platform. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle. Some vehicle categories may require additional age or license requirements.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices displayed include VAT. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us as soon as possible to modify a booking.
4. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received. You are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period beyond normal wear. Off-road use and smoking in vehicles are strictly prohibited.
5. Insurance
Basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) are included with every rental. Additional insurance options are available at checkout.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
